Tomato Gnocchi
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 1
- Eggs 2
- Scallions 1 root
- Cilantro 2 pcs
- Flour Half a bowl
- Salt Half teaspoon
- Pepper Half teaspoon
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
Steps
1. Roast the tomatoes first, you can easily peel and wash them
2. Cut into small pieces
3. Heat the oil, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant
4. Add tomatoes
5. Stir well
6. Add water
7. Cut coriander into sections
8. Separate egg whites and yolks
9. Add 2 grams of salt and half a bowl of flour to the egg white
10. Slowly add water and stir until thick
11. Boil the tomatoes, pour the batter into a colander, and drip into the pot to become gnocchi
12. Pour the egg yolk liquid into the pot and mix well
13. Add five-spice powder
14. Add salt and light soy sauce
15. Add coriander
16. Mix well and serve
Tips
- The skin of tomatoes can also be blanched with boiling water.
