Ingredients required: oats, tomatoes, eggs, onions, garlic, corianderStep 2
Dice tomatoes, mince garlic, onions and coriander and set asideStep 3
Hot pan, cold oil, stir-fry onions and garlicStep 4
Pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry over low heat until the sand is releasedStep 5
Add a little oyster sauceStep 6
A little oyster sauce, light soy sauce to tasteStep 7
Pour in boiling water and bring to a boilStep 8
After boiling, add oats and cook for forty to fifty secondsStep 9
Pour in the egg liquid and cook for one minuteStep 10
