Turkish Pizza
Ingredients

- High-gluten flour 300g
- Warm milk 210CC
- Dry instant yeast 0.5 tsp
- Salt 4g
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Olive oil 20g
- ⊙Stuffing :
- Tomato sauce + Italian spices 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan Cheese 2 tablespoons
- Mozzarella cheese Some
- Caciocavallo custard Some
- Eggs 1
- Beef minced meat filling Some
Steps
1. Mix the dough ingredients, knead into a chewy dough, and divide into two pieces of about 270g..
2. Apply oil to the dough and let it ferment at room temperature for 1 hour, then put it in the refrigerator to ferment overnight or at least 6 hours.

4. Shape the dough into a thin round shape.
5. Roll up one side first.

7. Pinch the two ends together.
8. Place the two rolled rolls on the baking sheet and spread them out to form an oval dough with a flat middle and a wall around it.
