Two-color twist toast
Ingredients
- High-gluten flour 200g
- Milk 75g
- Butter 30g
- Sugar 30g
- Salt 2g
- Eggs 1
- Yeast 3g
- Cocoa powder 5g

Steps
1. Except for cocoa powder, put the ingredients first liquid and then powder, sugar and salt diagonally. Finally, make a small well and add the yeast, and add the butter directly. Knead the dough in the bread machine for 30 minutes.
2. Divide the dough into two pieces, one large and one small. Add cocoa powder to the small dough and knead evenly. (It is easier to knead evenly if you dip your hands in warm water.) Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until about 2.5 times.
3. Roll the two-color dough into two rectangular cakes, one large and one small.
4. Stack and roll up.
