Umeboshi, Green Beans
Ingredients
- Green beans Half a pound
- Plumb pickles 1 root
- Sausage 2 slices
- Ginger 1 small piece
- Salt A little
Steps
1. Wash the green beans
2. Soak the dried bamboo shoots in water for 1 night
3. Wash the ginger
4. Peel and mince
5. Sausage slices
6. Chop prunes
7. Blanch the green beans
8. Dry the pot and add oil
9. Sauté the sausage until fragrant, take it out and set aside
10. Add minced ginger and stir-fry
11. Stir-fry dried prunes
12. Add sausage, salt and stir-fry
13. Add water, cook, and drain the water
14. Serve
