Leftover rice 1 bowl | Eggs 1 only |
Broccoli 30g | Shiitake mushrooms 3 flowers |
Carrot Half root | Salt Half spoon |
Starch 1 scoop |
Step 1
Main ingredients. Wash the broccoli and shiitake mushrooms, wash and peel the carrots, and if using dried shiitake mushrooms, rinse them in water in advance.Step 2
Chop broccoli, carrots and mushrooms into fine pieces.Step 3
Crush the rice with the back of a spoon.Step 4
Add eggs, chopped broccoli, chopped carrots and shiitake mushrooms to the rice.Step 5
Add salt and starch and mix well.Step 6
Form into small balls and press into cakes.Step 7
Place in a pan and fry with a small amount of oil until golden brown on both sides.Step 8
