Old vinegar 3 tablespoons | Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons |

Wash the skin of the radish, do not peel it, and cut it into thin round slices.Step 2
Place in a plate, sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of salt and mix well with your hands. Marinate for about 1 hour.Step 3
Wait until the juice is marinated and the radish slices become soft. Pour off the juice and rinse with cold boiled water to remove the salt.Step 4
