Step 1
Soften butter into liquid state, add sugar and mix well.Step 2
Add egg liquid and stir evenly.Step 3
Add raw walnut kernels and mix well.Step 4
Add low-gluten flour and stir to form a paste.Step 5
Wear disposable gloves and knead into a smooth dough.Step 6
Divide the dough into two parts, roll into a long cylinder, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.Step 7
Uncover the plastic wrap and cut into round slices of about the same thickness.Step 8
Line a baking sheet with oiled paper and place the cut slices with spaces between each slice.Step 9
Put it into the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 18 minutes with high and low heat. Check the color after 15 minutes. It will be golden.Step 10
