Winter melon, carrot and diced meat soup
Ingredients
- Winter melon 200g
- Carrot 80g
- Lean Pork 80g
- Ginger 5 grams
- Garlic 10 grams
- Cilantro 10g
- Oil 0.5 spoon
- Salt 2 spoons
- MSG 0.2 spoon
Steps
1. Prepare the raw materials: peel and wash lean pork, winter melon, carrots, garlic and coriander and set aside
