Winter Warming Vegetables Tomato Enoki Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
- Tomato 4 pcs
- Enoki mushroom 300g
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Cilantro 1 plant
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Sugar Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Wash and chop the coriander.
2. Wash the garlic and cut into slices.
3. Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms, tear them apart with your hands, rinse them clean, and cut them in the middle.
4. Wash the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into pieces.
5. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the wok and heat it up, add the garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
6. Add tomato cubes.
7. Stir-fry until tomatoes release juice.
8. Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until soft.
9. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to boil.
10. Add salt and sugar to taste, cook until the soup thickens and turn off the heat.
11. Serve out and sprinkle with coriander.
