Yam and black bean nourishing soup
Ingredients
- Tubular bone 600g
- Black beans 35g
- Yam 145g
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Soak black beans for 2 hours in advance.
3. Clean and blanch the drum bones.
4. Take it out and clean it.
5. Wash the yams.
6. Peel and cut into segments.
7. Soak in clean water and set aside.
8. Put the washed ribs and black beans into a pot with water.
9. Pour in appropriate amount of water and cover with lid. Simmer the soup for 3 hours.
10. Add yam after simmering for 1.5 hours.
11. Just add salt before serving.
