Yam Chicken Cake
Ingredients
- Iron Bar Yam 60g
- Eggs 1
- Yoghurt 100ml (1 box)
- Black sesame A little
Steps
1. The ingredients are shown in the picture. (Made for one person)
2. Wash and peel the yam.
3. Cut into thin slices/small pieces.
4. Add to blender.
5. Add an egg.
6. Add a portion of yogurt (one small box, about 100ml)
7. If there is no yogurt, or the children don’t like the taste of yogurt, you can just add a little sugar to taste.
8. Then stir and grind
9. Grind the yam into a paste and pack it into a paste. There are no particles in the yam.
10. Grease the container with some oil.
11. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds to enhance flavor (optional, or add raisins, dried cranberries and other sweet preserved fruits to increase the flavor)
12. Pour in the batter.
13. Cover with plastic wrap, wait until the steamer is steaming, put it in, and heat it for about 5 minutes. (Because the paste itself is relatively moist, cover it with plastic wrap to prevent steam from entering)
14. Gently scrape the edges with a knife to prepare for demoulding. (The two holes in the middle are poked with chopsticks. Take them out after poking. If there is no sticking on the chopsticks, the cake body will be cooked)
15. Sorry, the cake body is too tender and the demoulding failed. The part with black sesame seeds on the reverse side is too much.No matter how ugly you are... just show your fair side to everyone.
16. The light yellow yam cake has the fragrance of yogurt.
17. It melts as soon as you take a sip~ If it is for older friends, it is recommended to add some flour, which will enhance the taste of the cake.
