Yam pancakes.
Ingredients
- Yam 300g
- Glutinous rice 100g
- Cranberry 30g
- Condensed milk 30g
- Oil 3 grams
Steps
1. Peel the yam and cut into sections
2. Place in a steamer and steam over high heat for 15 minutes
3. Use a spoon or rolling pin to crush the yam into puree
4. Add dried cranberries
5. Add condensed milk
6. Add glutinous rice flour in batches
7. Knead into smooth dough
8. Take a small amount of dough and roll it into a ball
9. Flatten into a cake with your hands
10. Heat the oil in the pan, add the cake dough, and fry until one side is golden brown
11. Flip and fry the other side until golden brown. Flip a few more times and fry until cooked
