Yam, Red Dates and Pork Ribs Soup
Ingredients
- Pork ribs (can be prepared according to the number of people) One iron rod and yam
- A few red dates A few wolfberries
- An appropriate amount of ginger slices An appropriate amount of oil and salt
- Other condiments can be added according to personal taste
Steps
1. Prepare red dates, wolfberries, and ginger slices
2. Peel and clean the rail yam first, then cut into sections for later use
3. Chop the ribs into small pieces, clean them and set aside
4. Blanch the ribs and remove the blood and set aside
5. Boil the water, then put the prepared ribs, red dates, wolfberries, and ginger slices into the pot and stew (it is better to stew in a casserole here)
6. Add yam and continue cooking
7. Add seasoning, you can add appropriate amount of pepper, and serve
