Yogurt Egg Pancake
Ingredients
- Yoghurt 150g
- Flour 75g
- White sugar 10 grams
- Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
- Egg 1 piece
Steps
1. Prepare homemade yogurt, flour, sugar and eggs
2. Homemade yogurt tastes delicious after fermentation overnight
3. Take 150 grams and put it into a large bowl
4. Add 10 grams of sugar, beat in an egg and mix well
5. Sift in flour
6. Whip finely
7. A thick paste will be enough
