Steps
1. Ingredients list
2. Pour homemade yogurt into the bread machine bucket Tips: (Homemade yogurt) I will give you the steps in the next article. The homemade yogurt here is thicker, so you have to adjust it according to the consistency of your own yogurt. Plan 1: 220g flour, 2g yeast, to adjust the yogurt. Amount, plan 2: 145g yogurt, adjust the amount of flour (100g flour plus 1g yeast), in short, the dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
3. Pour in ordinary flour
4. Pour in yeast
5. Put it into the bread machine, activate the dough kneading function key in the bread machine, and knead the dough for 8 minutes. Tips: Steps 1-4. If you don’t have a bread machine, you can knead by hand instead. Knead until the dough is smooth and does not stick to your hands.
6. Take out the dough and knead it with your hands until the surface of the dough is smooth and does not stick to your hands
7. Cover with plastic wrap, place in a warm place, and ferment until the dough doubles in size. tips: Since it is summer, I fermented it here for 20 minutes
8. The risen dough is twice as big as the original dough, and you poke a hole in the middle with your hand. If the dough does not shrink back, it means that the first fermentation of the dough is just right. Tips: The dough must not be over-risen
9. After the dough has risen, knead it with your hands until there are no air holes in the dough
10. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough and roll it out thinly. Tips: You can control the thickness yourself. The thinner you roll it out, the better the shape will be when rolled up, but don’t make it too thin, otherwise the peanut butter will leak out
11. Pour in homemade peanut butter and spread evenly
12. Roll up the peanut butter dough and cut into equal portions
13. Use chopsticks to press a line in the middle
14. Twist your hands
15. Put it into the pot, cover the pot, and conduct secondary fermentation for 15 minutes. Tips: Secondary fermentation is done in cold water, or you can pour warm water into the pot, but don’t turn on the heat at this time
16. After the secondary fermentation is completed, turn on high heat, boil water, change to medium heat, steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes before serving. Tips: After turning off the heat, do not open the lid immediately, otherwise it will easily cause the rolls to shrink and affect the taste.
17. Make your own dough and make peanut-flavored pasta. It feels so fulfilling!
Tips
- 1. The dough must be made twice as big as the original dough, and it should not be overdone, so you need to estimate the time, usually about 30 minutes. Good (because yogurt itself is a product of fermentation).
- 2. Make sure your baby is not allergic to peanut butter.
- 3. When taking out the pot, after turning off the heat, be sure to simmer for a few minutes before taking off the lid.
