Ingredients
- Red pepper 1 piece
- Pork belly (tenderloin) 150g
- Green pepper 3 pieces
- Dark soy sauce 5 grams
- Thirteen Incense 2 grams
- Soy sauce 20g
- Table salt 3 grams
- Cooking wine 10g
- Onions 10 grams
- Ginger 10g
Steps
1. Choose tenderloin or pork belly, slice as shown in the picture
2. Wash the green and red peppers and cut into diamond-shaped slices for later use
3. Cut onions and ginger and set aside
4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the meat slices, and fry until the color turns white
5. Add onion and ginger and continue to fry
6. Add cooking wine to remove the smell
7. Add soy sauce to enhance the flavor
8. Add old and extracted colors
9. After the meat slices are stir-fried, add chili and stir-fry. Add a little salt and thirteen spices before serving
10. Continue to stir-fry and turn off the heat
11. Remove from pot and plate
