Ingredients
- Water pimple 750g
- Xiaomijiao 2 pieces
- Pepper pepper 1g
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum 1g
- Garlic 6 cloves

Steps
1. Wash the water pimples and cut them into thin slices
2. Then cut into thin strips
3. Wash in water 3-4 times to remove salt
