# Salty Flavor #Cold celery and peanuts
Ingredients
- Celery 180g
- Peanuts 200 grams
- Carrot 60g
- Onion Half root
- Ginger Two slices
- Anise 1 piece
- Salt Half spoon
- Light soy sauce 2 spoons
- Oyster sauce 1 spoon
- Sesame oil 1 spoon
Steps
1. Wash the celery and cut into small sections
2. Cut the carrots into small cubes
3. Wash the peanuts and set aside
4. Prepare green onions, ginger slices, and star anise
5. Boil peanuts, green onions, ginger, star anise and salt for 30 minutes
6. Boil celery for two minutes
7. Boil carrots for two minutes
8. Remove the peanuts and drain them
9. Add the cooked celery and carrots to the peanuts, and add salt
10. Light soy sauce
11. Oyster sauce
12. Sesame oil
13. Mix well
