Ingredients
- Low gluten flour 60g
- Granulated sugar 40g
- Eggs 3
Steps
1. Ingredients preparation~
2. First, separate the egg white and yolk~
3. Add 1/3 of the sugar to the egg yolks, beat well and set aside~ (I used 40g of this sugar, and it tasted fine to me. You can adjust the amount up or down by about 10g according to your own taste)
4. Break up
5. Add 1/3 of the sugar to the egg whites
6. Make bubbles~
7. Then add the remaining 1/3 of the white sugar
8. Continue until you can lift a hook~
9. Pour in egg yolk
10. Add egg yolks to the beaten egg whites, cut with a spatula and mix evenly~
11. Sift in low-gluten flour~
12. Continue to cut and mix evenly~
13. Brush the mold with oil. Mine is an 8-inch cake mold. You can use a stainless steel plate, as long as the steamer can be put down. Don't put the glass one in. I personally tested it and it will fry~< /p>
14. Pour into the mold
15. After installation, shake it a few times to remove air bubbles~
16. Steam over medium heat for 30 minutes~
17. Turn off the heat and take it out after 5 minutes~ Tips: It is very important. Once again, do not open the lid of the pot immediately after turning off the heat, otherwise the cake will easily shrink due to cold~
18. Take it out of the pot and the hot steamed cake is ready. Cut it into small pieces or strips and give it to your baby~
