- Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
- Cornstarch 1 teaspoon
- Freshly ground black pepper Appropriate amount
- Broccoli 1 catty
- Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Grated ginger 1 teaspoon
- Oyster sauce 3 tablespoons
- Rice wine 2 teaspoons
Steps
1. Slice the beef, put it in a bowl, and mince the garlic
2. Add soy sauce
3. Add cornstarch and black pepper and mix together. Marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes
4. Mix oyster sauce and rice wine in a small bowl
5. Add 1 cup of water to the wok and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. The broccoli should be bright green at this point
6. Dry the wok, place the pan over high heat and add oil
7. Make sure your pot is very hot, put your hand in and try it. Of course it's impossible! If the oil starts to smoke, it means the pot is very hot

9. Fry for 2 minutes until well browned, then turn over
10. Fry until brown and add garlic and ginger. Stir the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds and then combine with the beef.
11. Add the prepared sauce, stir-fry for about 15 seconds, then add the cooked broccoli to the pot
12. Done! Make it for your parents when you have time~
Tips
- If you are not sure how hot the pot is when cooking, just check to see if the oil in the pot is smoking.
