Purple potato pizza
Ingredients
- Cake crust ingredients
- Warm water 60g
- Baking powder 1g
- Salt 1g
- Sugar 3g
- All-purpose flour 100g
- Stuffing ingredients
- Purple sweet potato puree 50g
- White peach jam 25g
- Mozzarella cheese 75g
Step
1. Add baking powder, salt and sugar to warm water, mix well, and add all-purpose flour.
2. Use chopsticks to stir into flocculation.
3. Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.
4. Steam the purple sweet potatoes in a pot and press them into puree with a spoon.
5. In about an hour, the dough will ferment very well.
6. Knead the fermented dough until it is completely deflated.
7. Roll it into a general size of the mold and put it in the pizza plate.
8. Poke small holes with a fork to prevent the crust from rising during baking. Let the finished cake base rest for about 15 minutes for secondary fermentation.
9. Preheat the upper and lower tubes of the oven to 190 degrees.
10. Spread a layer of white peach jam on the secondary fermented cake base (the jam can be replaced according to your own taste).
11. Put a layer of purple potato puree.
12. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
13. Place into the preheated oven.
14. Bake the upper and lower tubes at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
15. Purple potato jam pizza is out of the oven.
