Three Fresh Wontons
Ingredients
- Fresh shrimp 250g
- Pork 400g
- Eggs 1-2
- Onions and ginger Appropriate amount
- Salt, chicken essence Appropriate amount
- Sesame oil 5g
- Thirteen fragrant powder 3 grams
- Extremely fresh soy sauce 20g
- Wonton wrapper Appropriate amount
- Scallions 1 root
Steps
1. Wash and remove the shells from the fresh shrimps.
2. Add a little salt to the shrimp meat, mix well and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
3. Chop the pork into mince.
4. Chop the onion and ginger and set aside.
5. Add chopped onion and ginger to the meat filling, then add an egg, appropriate amount of salt, thirteen-spice powder, chicken essence, very fresh soy sauce, and sesame oil.
6. Stir up the energy in one direction. (Chopsticks can stand in the meat filling without falling over)
7. Cut the processed shrimp into small pieces and add to the meat filling.
8. Take a wonton wrapper and fill it with an appropriate amount of filling.
9. Fold in half as shown in the picture, the bottom side is slightly longer.
10. Then fold the bottom inward as shown in the picture.
11. Dip some water on the corner and stick it.
12. The wontons are ready.
13. When you have time, you can pack some and freeze them in the refrigerator, so you can eat and cook them anytime, which is very convenient.
14. Boil appropriate amount of water/stock in the pot and add wontons.
15. Remove after cooking.
16. Put an appropriate amount of broth in a bowl, cut some shredded eggs, chopped green onion, and season with a little salt according to personal taste, and add the cooked wontons.
