Passion fruit flavored dumplings
Ingredients
- Passion fruit 3 pieces
- Glutinous rice flour 50g
- White sugar 1 spoon
- Honey Appropriate amount
- Osmanthus A little
Steps
1. Prepare 3 passion fruits.
2. Use a knife to cut open the passion fruit.
3. Use a spoon to scoop out the pulp inside.
4. Dig them all.
5. Strain the scooped out pulp to extract the juice (about 50g of juice).
6. Add a spoonful of sugar (I beat the sugar into powder, you can also not powder it, but the powder is more melted, if you like it sweeter, you can increase the amount of sugar).
7. Pour in the glutinous rice flour and stir with chopsticks.
8. Stir until the glutinous rice flour forms a ball (add about 50g of glutinous rice flour).
9. Knead the dough with your hands.
10. Take an appropriate amount of dough and roll it into a long strip.
11. Cut into appropriate size segments.
12. Round the small pieces with your hands.
13. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, add small glutinous rice balls.
14. Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to medium to low heat.
15. Cook until the dumplings float completely and turn off the heat.
16. Fish out.
17. Put it into a bowl, stir the honey and osmanthus evenly, and pour it on the small glutinous rice balls (it is best to use sugar osmanthus).
