Step 1

Wash and shred the cucumber and put it in a basin (cucumber shreds can be added or subtracted according to personal preference)  Illustration of how to make cold shredded tofu 2

Step 3

1 You don’t need to add ginger oil. It has a special taste. This is optional. 2 The amount of my ingredients is relatively large, enough for two large plates, so reduce the amount when there are less people.
