Step 1
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, salt, sugar, cooking wine, and black pepper to the pork filling.Step 2
Stir vigorously in one direction.Step 3
Mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, eggs, baking powder, salt, and water into a thin yogurt-like consistency.Step 4
Brush the multifunctional pot with oil, crack in the eggs, add the chopped green onions, and stir.Step 5
Add an appropriate amount of meat filling (don’t put too much, it will not be cooked easily).Step 6
After the bottom of the eggs has set, spoon a ladle of batter into the rest of the pan.Step 7
Place the egg and meat filling upside down to cover the batter.Step 8
After the bottom of the batter has solidified, pour another spoonful of batter in the place where the eggs were.Step 9
Invert half of the egg burger onto the second batter.Step 10
