Tips
- When making three diagonal cuts on the surface of the fish, just stick to the fish bones, do not cut off
- Carrots are just decoration, not used much? If you like it spicy, you can use chili shreds instead
- For fish, steam it in a pot over boiling water. Do not steam it for too long, otherwise the fish will become old and unpalatable
