Step 1
Wash the pangasius, drain it with kitchen paper and cut into pieces.Step 2
Put the cut pangasius into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of white pepper, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, and starch and marinate with your hands for about ten minutes.Step 3
