Recipe of stewed bird’s nest with papaya

Step 1

One fresh papaya, yellow, relatively ripe and sweet.

Step 2

Cut in half, half large and half small.

Step 3

Remove the papaya seeds, cut the smaller half into pieces, take it out and put it into the larger half of the papaya.

Step 4

Steam the papaya in a pot. The bird's nest is fermented with purified water, washed, and steamed in a pot over water.
