Butter 30g | Whole egg liquid 60g |
Powdered sugar 26g | Glutinous rice flour 100g |
Yoghurt 100g | Baking powder 2g |
Step 1
Add powdered sugar to the egg liquid and mix evenly with a hand mixer.Step 2
Melt the butter into liquid over water, pour into the egg mixture, and stir evenly.Step 3
Add yogurt and mix well.Step 4
Sift together the glutinous rice flour and baking powder, add to the egg liquid, and stir evenly until there is no dry powder.Step 5
Brush the mold with a thin layer of butter liquid, pour the mixed batter into it, and tap it a few times to pop out big bubbles.Step 6
