Instant oatmeal 100g | Cake flour 80g |
Brown sugar 30g | Salt 1g |
Baking soda powder 2g | Water 45g |
Corn oil 50g | Cooked black sesame seeds 30g |
Coconut 20g | Black currant raisins 20g |
Step 1
Pour brown sugar into water and stir until dissolved. (Easier to dissolve with hot water)Step 2
Add corn oil and mix well.Step 3
Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt and pour into step 2.Step 4
Stir briefly and pour in the oatmeal.Step 5
Add black sesame seeds, shredded coconut, black currant raisins, and mix well with your hands.Step 6
Divide into 18 equal portions, roll into balls and place on baking sheet. (Around 20g per serving)Step 7
Use your fingers to flatten them one by one.Step 8
Turn on the hot air circulation in the oven and preheat it to 150 degrees in advance. Place the baking sheet in the middle and upper layers, turn the heat up and down, and bake for about 25 minutes.
