A bowl of shrimp porridge
Ingredients
- Prawn 250g
- Minced meat 50g
- Scallops 15g
- Dried squid Half
- Cilantro 1 plant
- Rice Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Wash the prawns, remove the heads and pick out the shrimp lines
2. Soak dried squid in water
3. Cook the squid in water with washed rice and ginger slices
4. Remove the legs and back of the prawns
5. Add ginger slices and marinate with salt for half an hour
6. Add scallops to the porridge and continue cooking
7. Sliced lean meat
8. Chop into minced meat
9. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces and cook them in the porridge
10. Cut the squid into small pieces
11. Boil squid and prawns in porridge
12. Just add coriander
13. The dried squid is so delicious when soaked in water and cooked into porridge
