Chicken Legs 4 pieces | Light soy sauce 1 scoop |
Oyster sauce 1 scoop | Dried abalone 8 |
Pork Ribs 500 grams | Cooking wine 2 scoops |
Old soy sauce 0.5 spoon | Ginger slices 5 tablets |
Step 1
Add dried abalone to water and soak in refrigerator for 48 hoursStep 2
Add a little oil in a pot and stir-fry the rock sugar until it turns into color. Pour in the blanched pork ribs and chicken legs and stir-fry until they turn brown.Step 3
