Backbone Corn Soup
Ingredients
- Pork spine 300g
- Corn 2 pieces
- Ginger A piece
- Peppercorns 1 small spoon
Steps
1. Add warm water to the spine, then add a spoonful of salt, and soak for about ten minutes. Remove the blood from the bones.
2. Wash the spine, put it into a soup pot and add cold water.
3. Add ginger. Bring to a boil.
4. The soup is readyFinally, remove the foam on top.
5. Sprinkle in peppercorns.
6. Cover the pot. Simmer for an hour.
7. Prepare corn, preferably fruit corn.
8. Cut into small pieces.
9. After an hour, put the corn into the pot. Simmer for another half hour.
10. The spine corn soup is ready.
Tips
- 1. Here is a little trick for washing meat and ribs. Just put the meat and bones in warm water, add salt, soak them for ten minutes, and then use warm water. Use warm water! Wash it clean. The meat produced in this way has no fishy smell and is very delicious.
- 2. This soup tastes very good without adding salt.
