Steps
1. I bought a large pack, and the dosage depends on the number of people. I only used about six sticks, and two people still haven't finished eating.
2. Soak bamboo fungus in water and set aside.It doesn’t take too long, about twenty minutes
3. Cut a corn into sections for later use. Well, my boyfriend dislikes my knife skills, so he cut the next few sections.
4. A few pieces of hawthorn for later use
5. Slice ginger and set aside
6. Blanch the ribs in water, mainly to remove the blood and foam
7. After blanching, serve it out for later use
8. Put the corn ribs, ginger slices and hawthorn slices into a stew pot, add an appropriate amount of water and stew
9. After the stew in the previous step is almost done, add some water, add bamboo fungus, add salt, and continue stewing
10. After stewing for about forty minutes in total, it is basically ready to be cooked
