Basque cheesecake
Ingredients
- Cream cheese 250g
- Low gluten flour 8g
- Whip cream 100g
- Fine sugar 40g
- Eggs 2
- Fine salt 1g
Steps
1. Line a 6-inch chiffon cake mold with oil paper.
2. Soften the cream cheese.
3. Add sugar and salt to the cheese.
4. Beat evenly.
5. Crack in an egg.
6. Beat evenly.
7. Crack in another egg.
8. Beat evenly again.
9. Pour in the whipped cream.
10. Beat evenly.
11. Sieve and add cake flour.
12. Stir evenly without dry powder.
13. Pour into the mold.
14. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.
15. Bake until brown.
16. Unmold and let cool. Refrigerate overnight for better taste.
Tips
- You can control the color of the roast by yourself. If you like it to be more brown, you can extend the roasting for a few minutes.
- The amount of sugar has been reduced. If you like it sweeter, you can add 20 grams.
