- Yuba
- Cucumber
- Shredded green onions
- Minced garlic
- White sugar

Steps
1. Soak the yuba in cold water;
2. Soak black fungus in warm water;
3. Wash the cucumbers and set aside. You can also use celery instead;
4. Blanch the soaked yuba and fungus in a pot of water;
5. Take it out and immerse it in cold water;
6. Cut the cucumber into pieces and put them in the feeding basin. Squeeze out the water from the yuba and cut them into small sections. Tear the fungus into small pieces and put them in the feeding basin;
7. Add shredded onions and minced garlic;
