Step 1
Wash the red beans and put them into the pressure cooker, add a finger and a half of water, press for 30 minutes and then simmer for 15 minutes. Take them out and smash them with a food processor.Step 2
Add cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add half of the sugar and bean paste and stir-fry over medium-low heat. When the bean paste is slightly solidified, add the other half of the sugar. Continue to stir-fry until the water is basically evaporated and the bean paste is formed.Step 3
