Bear Soaking Curry Beef Brisket Rice

Step 1
Cut the beef brisket into small pieces and place in a pot of cold water. After boiling, remove and wash. Add enough water to cover the beef brisket in the pressure cooker and press for 35 minutes.Step 2
Cut onions into small pieces, carrots and potatoes into cubesStep 3
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until fragrantStep 4
Add carrots and potatoes and stir-fry for a whileStep 5
Pour in the pressed beef brisket and its soup, bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and cover the pot to simmer.Step 6
The cooked rice is pressed into the mold. I use a large cake mold. One mold is enough for the whole family.Step 7
Use seaweed to cut out eyes and nose, and use ham slices to make ears and bow ties.Step 8
Cook until the carrots are soft, turn off the heat and add the curry cubes and stir until meltedStep 9
Turn on the heat and cook for a while before serving.Step 10
