Beef braised in red wine
Ingredients
- Beef 400g
- Carrot 1 root
- Celery 50g
- Onion 50g
- Olive oil (auxiliary material) Appropriate amount

Steps
1. Cook and prepare all the ingredients
2. Wash and cut the beef into pieces and cook in cold water until the bleeding water cools
