- Oil Appropriate amount
- Dark soy sauce 5 grams
- rice 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper A little
- White sugar 2 grams
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Wand beans 150g
- Ginger 15g
- Light soy sauce 15g
- Eggs 1
- Thirteen Incense Appropriate amount
- Broccoli 1 plant
- Homemade tomato sauce 500g
- Scallions 50 grams
- Fries dipped in ketchup Appropriate amount
Steps
1. 1. Prepare the ingredients for making beef meatballs: ground beef, green onions and ginger.
2. 2. Chop green onion and ginger.
3. 3. Add 5 grams of dark soy sauce, 15 grams of light soy sauce, 2 grams of sugar, 2 grams of salt, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, 1 egg, appropriate amount of black pepper and thirteen spices to the beef mince and mix well.
4. 4. Chop 15 grams of ginger and 50 grams of green onions, add water (about 90 ml), and mix into the minced meat filling several times, stirring vigorously. Note: You can use an electric egg beater.
5. 5. Add about 30 grams of flour and mix well. Note: Potato starch, sweet potato powder, and bread crumbs can also be used here.
6. 6. Pour slightly more oil into the pan, and the oil should completely cover the bottom of the pan. When the oil is hot, use a tiger's mouth to squeeze out a ball, and then dig it into the oil pan with a small spoon to make all the balls.
7. 7. Remember to keep turning over in the middle and take out when fried. Keep the fire on medium throughout the whole process. If the fire is too high, it will burn.
8. 8. Remove all the meatballs, pour out all the oil in the pot, leaving the bottom oil, and pour the homemade tomato sauce into the pot. For 400 grams of minced meat, you need to use about 600 grams of tomatoes to fry the tomato sauce.
9. 9. Add appropriate amount of water. If you feel the color is not red enough, you can add some finished ketchup, which is the ketchup used to dip French fries.
10. 10. When the sauce is boiling, pour the fried meatballs into the pot, cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
11. 11. Sprinkle a large handful of peas before serving, mix well and serve. Note: If the peas are older, they need to be blanched in advance. Do not put them in the pot and cook them for a long time, otherwise they will lose their green color.
12. 12. When simmering the meatballs, boil half a pot of water, add some salt to the water, drop a few drops of oil, and blanch the broccoli until raw.
13. 13.Finally, put the rice, meatballs, and broccoli into a bowl and enjoy.
Tips
- If you add some chopped onions to the meat filling when making meatballs, the taste will be better.
