Beef Offal Soup
Ingredients
- Beef Offal 300g
- Onion 1 paragraph
- Cilantro 1 strand
- White wine 1 spoon
- Cooking wine 2 spoons
- Vinegar Appropriate amount
- White pepper Appropriate amount
- Ginger 1 piece
- Octagonal 2 petals
- Salt 1 tsp
Steps
1. Add a little flour to the beef offal and wash it with warm water, then rinse with clean water.
2. Pour cold water into the pot, add a spoonful of cooking wine to remove the mutton, bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Remove with warm water and rinse thoroughly.
4. Cut the ginger into shreds and break off two pieces of star anise.
5. Cut some green onions.
6. Chop the coriander.
7. Heat the pan with cold oil, add shredded ginger and star anise and stir-fry until fragrant.
8. Add beef offal and stir-fry evenly over low heat.
9. Add a spoonful of white wine to remove the aroma.
10. Add a spoonful of cooking wine to remove the odor and increase the aroma.
11. Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water.
12. Bring to a boil over high heat and add appropriate amount of pepper.
13. Skim off the foam.
14. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes until the soup becomes rich.
15. Add a small spoonful of salt to taste.
16. Sprinkle with minced coriander, chopped green onion, a little balsamic vinegar, and add some chili oil, delicious.
