Blanched Chives
Ingredients
- Chives A handful
- Garlic One
- Light soy sauce Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Wash the leeks and cut into long sections; chop the garlic into minced garlic.
2. Boil the leeks in a pot of boiling water until cooked.
3. Heat oil in a pan and saute minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Turn off the heat and pour an appropriate amount of light soy sauce into the pot.
5. Pick up the leeks, drain, and pour the minced garlic juice on top. Finish.
