Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the beef brisket and cut it into the size you like, put it in a utensil, soak it repeatedly in cold water to soak out the blood.
2. Blanch the soaked beef brisket, add cold water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Take out the cooked beef brisket and rinse it with warm water to rinse away the impurities on the beef brisket.
4. Heat the oil pan and add the spices prepared in advance. (Peel the ginger and garlic and cut them in advance)
