Braised duck and radish
Ingredients
- Cured Duck 1
- White radish 1 piece
- Ginger 6 slices
- Garlic 6 capsules
- Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Cooking wine 2 tablespoons
- Dark soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
- Peanut oil 10g
Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients~cured duck
2. White radish, ginger, garlic
3. Chop the wax duck into small pieces
4. Boil water in a pot and add bacon to blanch the duck
5. Pick it up and wash it
6. Peel the white radish, wash it and cut it into small pieces
7. Peel the ginger, wash and cut it
8. Heat oil in the pot
9. Add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant
10. Add the cured duck and stir-fry until fragrant
11. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
12. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine
13. Add 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
14. Stir fry evenly
15. Add white radish and stir-fry
16. Add enough water to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over medium heat
17. Stir halfway
18. Finally, the soup becomes less and the radish and cured duck are ready to be taken out of the pot
19. Very fragrant and delicious

- The cured duck is salty enough, so no more salt is added.
