Braised noodles with eggplant and minced meat
Ingredients
- Eggplant 2 roots
- Onion Half root
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cilantro 1 piece
- Noodles Served for 3 people
- Oil 20ml
- Salt Half tablespoon
- Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Five-spice powder Half teaspoon
- Water 1 large bowl
- Water starch Half a small bowl
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients
2. Dice eggplant
3. Mince the garlic and chop the green onions
4. Minced coriander
5. Buy ready-made hand-made noodles
6. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic
7. Add the minced meat and fry until it changes color (the minced meat is bought, you don’t need to chop it yourself, just put it in the refrigerator and eat it as you go)
8. Add five-spice powder
9. Add light soy sauce and stir well
10. Add diced eggplant and stir-fry evenly
11. Add salt, stir well, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and cook until the eggplant becomes soft
12. After the eggplant becomes soft, add water starch
13. Stir well and serve, set aside
14. Heat another pot of water, add noodles when the water boils
15. After the water boils, add half a bowl of cold water, boil again and add half a bowl of water. Add water 3 times in total, and the noodles will be cooked
16. Take out the noodles and rinse them in cold water
17. Take out the noodles and top with eggplant, minced meat, and coriander
