Braised Pork Ribs with Potatoes
Ingredients
- Pork ribs 2 pounds
- Potato 1
- Onion 30g
- Carrot A little
- Onions and garlic Appropriate amount
- Cooking wine Half spoon
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
- Dark soy sauce 1 spoon
- Sugar 1 spoon
- Eight anise 2 pcs
- Cinnamon A little
- Salt 2 spoons
Steps
1. Wash the ribs, soak in blood and cut into strips
2. Pour into cold water and bring to boil.
3. Remove, drain and rinse
4. Prepare other materials. You can leave out the carrots and onions, but adding them will provide better nutrition and taste.
5. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic/onion and star anise
6. Saute the above ingredients
7. Lower the pork ribs and stir-fry to remove the moisture on the surface
