Braised pumpkin
Ingredients
- Pumpkin Appropriate amount
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Minced meat Appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
- Dark soy sauce Half spoon
- Salt Half spoon
Steps
1. Cut the garlic into mince and set aside.
2. Buy a pumpkin from the market.
3. Peel off the skin of the pumpkin with a kitchen knife.
4. Scrape off the middle stem of the pumpkin.
5. Cut the pumpkin into slices.
6. Cut the pork belly into slices.
7. Chop into minced meat.
8. Heat oil in a wok, add minced meat, stir-fry quickly and remove.

12. Add light soy sauce.

Tips
- The minced meat must be made from fat and lean pork belly to taste better. Minced meat made from all lean tenderloin is more difficult to chew.
