1⃣️Make the sauce first: 2 spoons of light soy sauce ➕ 1 spoon of oyster sauce ➕ half a spoon of dark soy sauce ➕ white sugar ➕ 1 spoon of corn starch ➕ half a bowl of water and mix well 2⃣️Cut the old tofu into thick slices, add corn starch and egg liquid respectively, put it in a pan and fry until both sides are golden brown. 3⃣️Pour in the prepared sauce and simmer over low heat until the soup thickens. Stir gently and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Enjoy~Step 4
