Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 400g
- Brown sugar 50g
- Yeast powder 4g
- Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
Steps
1. Add all-purpose flour and yeast powder and mix well
2. 50 grams of brown sugar
3. Take 25 grams of brown sugar, pour boiling water, stir until there are no particles and let cool to about 35 degrees
4. Slowly pour into the flour
5. Knead into a dough of moderate hardness and let it rest to rise
6. The noodles are ready and there are many honeycombs
7. Move to the panel, knead to release the air, and roll into large pieces
9. Roll up from one end
10. Cut into small pieces
11. Take two portions and stack them up, and press them in the middle with chopsticks
12. Pull both ends and twist them in opposite directions
13. Connect the two ends with the receiving end facing down
14. Do all the secondary fermentation in sequence
15. Pour cold water into the pot, steam for 18 minutes after the water boils and simmer for 2 minutes.
